By using PrepaÖsterreich you accept the terms below.

1. Purpose

PrepaÖsterreich is a study app for the Werteteil (German civics test) and the Deutsch-Test für Österreich (DTÖ). It is published by F. Azaza.

2. Not an official body

PrepaÖsterreich is an unofficial study aid. It is not affiliated with, reviewed by or endorsed by the Austrian Integration Fund (ÖIF) or any integration authority. Only the official information of the competent authorities is binding.

3. Content and its origin

The civics questions come from the publicly available Fragenkatalog and are reproduced verbatim. The official exam papers themselves are not published and are not included in this app. All DTÖ practice material is written by us; the companies, offices and people it names are invented.

4. No promise of results

The app prepares you for exams; it does not guarantee a result. Scores and levels shown are estimates based on your answers inside the app and do not predict an official outcome.

5. Currency of information

Exam formats, question catalogues and requirements can change. We maintain the content carefully but cannot warrant that it matches the current state at every moment. When in doubt, check the official source.

6. Subscription

Some features require a subscription. Price and duration are shown before purchase. Billing is handled by the App Store or Google Play, where you also manage and cancel it. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.

7. Refunds

Purchases made through the app stores are governed by their terms, including their withdrawal and refund options. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, not by F. Azaza.

8. Use of content

The content of the app is for your personal use. Commercial redistribution, reproduction or publication without our consent is not permitted. This does not affect the official question catalogue itself, which is freely available.

9. Liability

The app is provided without warranty of any particular outcome. We are not liable for damage arising from its use or unavailability, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for injury to life, body or health is unaffected.

10. Changes

We may amend these terms. The current version is always on this page; material changes are announced in the app.

11. Governing law
