By using the PrepaItalia app, you accept the following terms.
1. Nature of the app
PrepaItalia is an unofficial practice app for the Italian B1 certifications. CILS, PLIDA and CELI are trademarks of their respective owners (University for Foreigners of Siena, Società Dante Alighieri, University for Foreigners of Perugia). We are not affiliated with these bodies or any official organisation. Using this app does not guarantee passing the exam. 2. Content
All questions, audio, images and production tasks are original and created by F. Azaza in the format of the real tests. We do not reproduce any exam published by the certifying bodies. Audio is generated with synthetic Italian voices. If you find an error, use the "Report a question" feature in the app. 3. Permitted use
You may use the app for personal learning purposes. It is prohibited to: copy, redistribute or resell the questions, audio or content; systematically extract the data or audio; use the app for commercial purposes without written authorization; attempt to bypass security, payment or authentication mechanisms. 4. Subscription and payment
PrepaItalia offers limited free access and a single monthly premium subscription at €4.99/month that auto-renews. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time from your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings. As this is digital content made available immediately, by activating the subscription you expressly waive the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to digital content. Prices may vary by country and are shown in the app before purchase; RevenueCat manages premium entitlements. 5. Third-party trademarks
CILS, PLIDA, CELI and other designations are trademarks of their respective owners. Any reference to these marks is purely descriptive. No affiliation, partnership or endorsement is implied. 6. Service availability
We strive to keep the app available at all times. It may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. 7. Limitation of liability
F. Azaza shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the app, including: failing the exam, loss of data or any decision made based on the app's results. 8. Intellectual property
The original content (questions, audio, images, explanations, scenarios, interface, algorithms) is the exclusive property of F. Azaza. No certifying-body content is reproduced. 9. Minimum age
The app is intended for users aged 14 and over. 10. Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 11. Governing law and jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Italian law. For consumer disputes, the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile remain competent where the law so provides.
