By using the PrepaEspaña app, you accept the following terms.
1. Nature of the app
PrepaEspaña is an unofficial practice app for the DELE. DELE and Instituto Cervantes are trademarks of their owners. We are not affiliated with the Instituto Cervantes or any official body. Using this app does not guarantee passing the exam. 2. Content
All questions, audio, images and expression tasks are original and created by F. Azaza in the DELE format. We do not reproduce any exam published by the Instituto Cervantes. Audio is generated with synthetic Spanish voices. If you find an error, use the "Report a question" feature in the app. 3. Permitted use
You may use the app for personal learning purposes. It is prohibited to: copy, redistribute or resell the questions, audio or content; systematically extract the data or audio; use the app for commercial purposes without written authorization; attempt to bypass security, payment or authentication mechanisms. 4. Subscription and payment
PrepaEspaña offers limited free access (two smart-review sessions and a 10-question mock-exam preview) and an auto-renewing Premium subscription: €4.99/month or €29.99/year (prices may vary by country and promotions). Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account on purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. As this is digital content with immediate access, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal once the service has started, to the extent permitted by law. RevenueCat manages premium entitlements. 5. Third-party trademarks
DELE, Instituto Cervantes and other designations are trademarks of their respective owners. Any reference to these marks is purely descriptive. No affiliation, partnership or endorsement is implied. 6. Service availability
We strive to keep the app available at all times. It may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. 7. Limitation of liability
F. Azaza shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the app, including: failing the DELE, loss of data or any decision made based on the app's results. 8. Intellectual property
The original content (questions, audio, images, explanations, scenarios, interface, algorithms) is the exclusive property of F. Azaza. No Instituto Cervantes content is reproduced. 9. Minimum age
The app is intended for users aged 13 and over. 10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the user's country of residence. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts. 11. Legal notice
