By using the Menú Semanal app, you accept the following terms.
1. What the app is
Menú Semanal is a menu-planning and shopping tool published by F. Azaza. It suggests recipes and organises a shopping list. It is neither a dietary advice service nor a medical one.
2. No nutritional or health advice
The app gives no nutritional, dietary or medical advice and is not intended to treat, prevent or diagnose anything. If you follow a prescribed diet or have a health condition, consult a healthcare professional.
3. Allergens: always read the label
Each recipe declares the allergens subject to mandatory declaration in the European Union based on its ingredients, and a validator rejects any mislabelled recipe. That information is nonetheless indicative: it cannot account for the exact composition of the products you buy, nor for cross-contamination. If you or anyone at your table has an allergy or intolerance, always check the product label before eating. F. Azaza cannot be held liable for a reaction caused by a purchased or prepared product.
4. Costs are indicative
The cost per serving is computed from reference prices stored inside the app. No price is looked up online: the real amount depends on your store, the brands you pick and when you shop.
5. Content
The recipes, texts, dish illustrations and gesture animations are original and the property of F. Azaza. Copying, redistributing, reselling or systematically extracting them is prohibited.
6. Permitted use
You may use the app for personal, household purposes. It is prohibited to: use it commercially without written authorisation, extract the recipe bank or the images, or attempt to bypass security, payment or authentication mechanisms.
7. Subscription and payment
Menú Semanal is free for the weekly plan and the complete shopping list. The auto-renewing Premium subscription adds the full week (lunch and dinner for up to 7 days), the 8-week history, favourites, cook mode and list export. The exact price is shown on the subscription screen and may vary by country and current offers. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account on purchase confirmation and renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it at any time in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the store under its own terms. RevenueCat manages premium entitlements.
8. No supermarket affiliation
The aisles and purchase formats reflect common grocery-retail practice. The app is not associated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any supermarket chain or manufacturer. Any brands mentioned belong to their respective owners.
9. Service availability
The app works offline for the essentials. Network-dependent features (sync, subscription) may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, F. Azaza shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the app, including: unwanted purchases, food waste, data loss or any decision made on the basis of the information displayed.
11. Age
The app is suitable for all audiences. Subscription management requires a valid store account.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the user's country of residence. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
