By using PrepaPatente, you accept the following terms.
1. What the app is
PrepaPatente is an independent practice app for the Italian patente B theory test. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti or the Motorizzazione Civile. Its scores and percentages are estimates to help you practise: they do not replace the test, do not give you a licence and say nothing about the result you will get.
2. Content
The statements come from the quiz list that the ministry publishes on the Portale dell'Automobilista (source page). The explanations, the French, English and Arabic translations and the audio are produced by F. Azaza for the app; the audio is a synthetic voice, not a recording of a person. If a translation differs from the Italian text, the Italian text published by the ministry and the law prevail.
The test is only sat in Italian (in bilingual regions also in French or German): English and Arabic are study aids. No logo or emblem of the ministry is reproduced. If you find a mistake, use the report button in the app.
3. Permitted use
You may use the app for your personal learning. You may not:
- Copy, redistribute or resell the explanations, translations, audio or other content produced by F. Azaza
- Systematically extract the data of the app
- Use the app for commercial purposes without written permission
- Try to get around the security, payment or authentication mechanisms
4. Subscription and payment
PrepaPatente offers free access to part of the content, then an auto-renewing premium subscription with no commitment, in three lengths: weekly, 1 month and 3 months. Prices are always shown in the app before any purchase and may vary by country. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before it ends. You can cancel at any time from your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings. RevenueCat validates premium access.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Where a right of withdrawal applies, premium access is digital content supplied immediately: by activating your subscription, you agree to its immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose that right, as provided for example by article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
5. Third-party names
The names of the Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti, of the Motorizzazione Civile and of the Portale dell'Automobilista belong to their owners. Any reference to them is purely descriptive and implies no affiliation, partnership or endorsement.
6. Availability
We try to keep the app available at all times. It may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is a study aid, not advice: always check the information with the Portale dell'Automobilista and the Motorizzazione. F. Azaza is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the app, including failing the test, a refused licence or the loss of data.
8. Intellectual property
The original content (explanations, translations, audio, interface, algorithms) is the exclusive property of F. Azaza. The statements of the list remain those published by the ministry.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
10. Minimum age
The app is intended for users aged 14 and over.
11. Changes
We may change these terms at any time. Continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.
